Cancellations / Illness
If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours prior. Cancellations later than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their treatment fee. No shows will be charged the full treatment cost. If you are ill, please contact me as soon as you can to re-arrange your appointment – you will not be charged the cancellation fee if you reschedule straightaway (illness only). I cannot afford to get ill, as this means I cannot work which then affects my income. Please confirm your appointment and agreement to these terms via Fresha by entering your card details – you will not be charged on booking, however you will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show. If you cancel late or do not show up and do not pay the cancellation fee, you will be required to pay this before booking again – you will also be asked to pay a 50&percnt deposit for your next treatment.
